Located in a quiet neighborhood in Sri Thanu, Shanti Rock Residence offers a generous outside area that includes a large shared pool, a fully equipped open-air shared kitchen with dining area, two individuals yoga salas, a meditation-room and a Hammam (Turkish bath) available on demand.

Description
Villa Andy features a a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed dressed in premium cotton linens. The en-suite bathroom includes a hot shower, bath amenities, along with both pool and bath towels.
The terrace features one table and two chairs, a cozy corner with two Acapulco chairs and side table, and a private sunbathing area with two sun loungers.
Shanti Rock Residence is built with an intimacy mindset that gives our guests a feeling of being pampered in a gorgeous oriental style property on a tropical island.
The property features a generous outdoor space that includes a stunning shared pool and a large, fully equipped open-air shared kitchen and dining area.
On request, guests also have access to two individual yoga shalas, a meditation room, and a Hammam (Turkish steam bath).
The shared kitchen features a two-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, ice cube maker (safe for consumption), and a Nespresso coffee machine. The adjoining terrace offers a comfortable dining area.
Complimentary coffee, tea, and drinking water are available 24/7 in the kitchen.
Housekeeping is included every 4 days.
This property is ideal for customers in quest of authentic island feeling with a trendy and wellness-focused atmosphere.
To preserve the peaceful environment, parties and events are not permitted at the Residence.

The Surroundings
Villa Andy is ideally located in the natural area of Sri Thanu, the health-
conscious and most sought-after area of Koh Phangan.
The village center is just a short distance away, there you‘ll find a lively atmosphere with a variety of local and international restaurants, cafés, bustling food market, charming little shops and cozy coffee spots.
The Sri Thanu area, home to world-renowned yoga retreats & wellness centers, is a vibrant hub of diverse activities such as fitness classes, Pilates, circus workshops, massage and hammam & ice bath centers. It also offers many places to enjoy live music, jam sessions, open mic nights, and events that bring the community together.
Happy Beach (Sri Thanu Beach), Zen Beach and their famous sunset are as well a few minutes drive from the Residence.
A laundry service is available 500 meters away from the Villa.
We recommend renting a scooter (or a car) for your own comfort.

parking is available onsite.
House Rules & Policies
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules during your stay:
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Noise or activity that disrupts the calm atmosphere of the residence or the neighborhood is not permitted at any time.
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool, kitchen, and garden areas.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Outdoor smoking is allowed.
• Any physical damage to the property or its contents will result in additional charges based on the extent of the damage and the cost of repairs. Guests are asked to inform the host as soon as possible in the event of any accidental damage.
• The shared kitchen must be used quietly after 10:00 PM.
• Villa Andy is limited to a maximum of two guests. Only registered guests may sleep at the villa.
• Subletting the villa or using it for business purposes is not permitted without prior written approval from the owners.
These policies are in place to help preserve the tranquil atmosphere of Shanti Rock Residence and to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors.
The Residence is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings, or for any accidents or injuries that may occur during your stay.

Ce logement à Koh Phangan est incroyable, un petit coin de paradis, dans une jungle luxuriante. La piscine partagée semble plus être une piscine privée car elle est tellement bien agencée qu’on ne voit pas les autres locataires. Les hôtes (Nubia & Michel) sont très gentils et vous proposent plein de bons plans pour que votre séjour se passe à merveille. The complex itself is stunning, bordering on dreamlike, with a beautifully designed villa, inviting pool, and a thoughtfully equipped shared kitchen. Having large fridges directly in the villa was a great bonus. Daily upkeep of the grounds by staff kept everything tidy. We genuinely loved our experience and would happily recommend and return.

Shanti rock is a gem in Koh Phangan. I’ve stayed at several places and this is a wonderful retreat, beautiful, clean and good energy. Michel was a lovely host and Nubia made sure I had all the information I needed both on the resort and the island. Overall a lovely experience.

Nubia war eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat sich um alle unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Es gab eine Wasser- und Kaffeeflatrate (Nespresso maschine in der gut ausgestatteten Outdoor Küche).
Aber das Highlight ist die paradiesische Unterkunft selbst. Ein ruhiger, abgeschiedener Platz fern der lärmenden Straßen, wunderschön bepflanzt und gepflegt. Man hatte permanent das Gefühl, man hätte sich das gesamte Resort privat gemietet, da man die anderen Gäste kaum zu sehen oder hören bekommt. Es gibt extrem viel Platz, sowohl Zimmer, Garten, Pool und Küche. Es war die traumhafteste Unterkunft, in der wir je waren ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was very special. The property was so well planned from the jungle like garden, amazing pool, steam room, meditation room, community outdoor kitchen with coffee and all the basics.
The owners were around and very attentive the entire stay.
If you are blessed to stay here while in Koh Phangan you will be lucky. The location is near Zen Beach with lots of restaurants, massage and activities.

This truly was the BEST EXPERIENCE we ever had.
The place is absolutely stunning and built with so much love and attention to detail. The room, the pool, the kitchen, the energy in the space is so dreamy. We loved that the direct surroundings were quiet and peaceful and at the same time it only takes a couple of minutes on the scooter to go to the most magical restaurants, cafés and beaches.
Nubia is an actual angel – She took incredible care of us and her communication was impeccable. She always thought of everything, it was amazing! She went above and beyond to create magic for the guests.
